1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of CarsCraft (the "Service"), which provides vehicle history reports based on a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The reports

Reports are compiled from public records and third-party data providers and are provided for informational purposes only. CarsCraft does not guarantee that a report is complete or error-free, and a report is not a substitute for a professional inspection.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Prices are shown at checkout and charged as one-time purchases.

4. Acceptable use

  • You will only look up VINs you have a legitimate reason to check.
  • You will not resell or redistribute reports without permission.
  • You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarsCraft is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a report.
