Digital goods

CarsCraft reports are digital products generated on demand. Once a report has been generated and delivered, it is generally non-refundable because the data cannot be "returned".

When we will refund

  • You were charged but no report was delivered.
  • A duplicate charge occurred for the same order.
  • The report was materially incomplete due to an error on our side.

How to request a refund

Contact support with your order email and transaction reference within a reasonable period of your purchase. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
