Customers are required to submit a valid Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and relevant vehicle details to generate a report.
Reports are typically generated within a short time after successful payment, depending on data availability.
All reports are delivered digitally to the customer via email or on-screen access.
3. Customer Responsibility
By using our service, you agree that:
The information you provide (including VIN) is accurate and complete
You are responsible for verifying the correctness of submitted data
Cars-Craft is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are securely processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or process card details directly.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a report has been generated and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Orders cannot be canceled once the report generation process has started.
If a report cannot be generated due to a technical issue on our side, customers may contact support for assistance.
