These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at cars-craft.com (“Site”), and form a binding agreement between you, the user of the Site, and us (“CARS-CRAFT”).
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The terms “cars-craft.com”, “CARS-CRAFT”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the owner of this website.
The terms “you”, “user”, “buyer”, or “your” refer to the person using the website.

1. Role of CARS-CRAFT

(a) CARS-CRAFT provides a digital information service that retrieves and compiles important vehicle data from sources such as the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

(b) We provide vehicle reports containing history data, registration records, and other relevant information. Reports are delivered digitally to the email address you provide.

(c) CARS-CRAFT grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable licence to use this Site and our digital services for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Role of the User

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All information we provide is general in nature and not professional advice. You use this Site and its reports at your own risk.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that any report or service meets your needs and that the vehicle information you enter (such as VIN or registration number) is correct.

  • Our data is obtained from third-party sources we believe to be accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.

  • Reports may not always contain a complete history if the third-party sources do not provide full data.

  • You must use the Site only for lawful purposes. Any misuse may result in legal action.

3. Refund Policy (14 Days)

(a) We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

(b) We cannot process an order until you provide the correct Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or registration details.

(c) To request a refund, email admin@cars-craft.com and include:
• Your order email address
• The VIN or registration number used
• The order date/time

(d) No refund will be issued if incorrect VIN or registration information was provided by you.

(e) Please ensure you enter a correct email address. We are not responsible for reports delivered to an incorrect email.

4. Exclusion of Warranties & Liabilities

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CARS-CRAFT is not liable for loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages.

  • We exclude all warranties and representations except those expressly stated in these Terms.

  • These exclusions apply except where prohibited by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

(a) All materials on this Site — including text, graphics, layout, software, icons, logos, and digital reports — are owned by or licensed to CARS-CRAFT and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction is prohibited without our written consent.

(b) All trademarks reproduced on the Site that are not owned by CARS-CRAFT are acknowledged.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CARS-CRAFT harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal costs) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

7. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
